Lesson of the Day - Follow the Dispensors to their Source

Jun 24, 2008 01:50

It's been often said, but repeating certainly can't hurt.... everyone please be careful when it comes to handling doorknobs. Until this has been cleared up, they probably shouldn't be handled bare-handed. And if anyone else finds any strange devices, dispensors, or anything else suspicious please feel free to contact the city watch.

Thanks. I'm sure she'll be glad for that. I don't suppose you know anything about flying devices either, do you?

Haven't seen any, but I was, uhm, otherwise occupied.

Ah, I was referring if you'd have any clue what we were looking at with the device that Lilith found over at the hospital. I'll have to see if she'll let us take it back to forensics and computer intel.

. . . . I hope you weren't occupied getting sick?

Not the most technical one, me. Sorry.

No, definitely not. More like the opposite!

Technology isn't my strength by a long shot, either. I've barely progressed beyond the 'what does this button do?' point for most things.

That's good to hear, at least!

I can work with it, but if you want actual results, asking Abby or McGee is the way to go.

Hah, yeah. It was good, believe me.

Hmm... will have to see if she can swing by Lilith's office and take a look at the device after dropping off the Emerald Forest vials, then.

Something helpful?

. . . . . and you haven't been seeing anything strange-looking wandering around, have you?

I'm sure she will. She's helpful like that.

... Not really helpful. Unless you count relieving some tension and getting some as helpful. Which, come to think of it, I do!

Again: I was otherwise occupied.

I see. Glad that... uh...... good for you. Relieving tension is good.

In that case, I think I'll be getting a checkup at the hospital to be on the safe side.

Hell yeah!

... Are you all right?

Especially in times like this.

Yeah, just seeing... things. Better safe then sorry, right? Hallucinations was one of the symptoms.

If you're hallucinating, you should definitely get yourself to the hospital asap, man!

I don't feel otherwise sick, and this is the city, so there could quite possibly actually be blobby scribbly... things... running around, but since I'm heading that way anyway...

Blobby scribbly things? I'll... keep my eyes open for those.

Yeah. They're hard to describe, but if you see them, you'll certainly know!
