Special Assault and Tactics - Personnel Files
This is the (mun-approved!) information gathered during all those fun assumed group meetings & training sessions for the Special Assault and Tactics division of the City Police, and thus would be open knowledge to members of the unit, the chief of police, and the warden. (And anyone else sneaking a peek at the official file Riou turned in at headquarters). This is all in-character information, so fudge at will! Probationary status is not viewable to the people on probation and is the normal status for new people joining the city watch. Any members, feel free to drop a line here to add/remove/change/etc any information!
Current Division Head
Riou - Leader of magical & supernatural based unit in war at homeworld, with various field, tactical, diplomacy, stealth, and spying experience. Highly skilled in melee combat, particularly hand-to-hand and using tonfa(But only human reflexes). Possesses powerful offensive and defensive magic, including wide spread and concentrated attacks (using shadow/darkness/death or light/life magic), healing magic, and sympathetic magic that boosts the powers of his allies. Also has a wide array of other temporary spells that can be called upon during emergencies.

Iron Man - Flight, enhanced strength and speed, energy blasts from his hands and chest and can interface with electronics to a degree.

Megaman X - [Probationary]Combat robot with vast physical capabilities including strength and endurance. Variable Weapon System allows the use of tools and enemy weapons after a simple scan; main weapon is a plasma cannon built into either arm. Being a Maverick Hunter, X is skilled at tracking and pursuing targets
Reno - [Probationary]
Sabuko no Gaara - Leader of and strongest in his village; highly skilled ninja, capable of ninjutsu and genjutsu. Specializes in sand based attacks. Should be observed for erratic behavior on curses, due to demon possession.
Special Assault Equipment Cache
12 Chain of Winds - Lightweight metal balls that can be deployed to magically ensnare suspects. Requires target practice, no magical affinity needed.
1 Net Gun - Can release charged net to detain suspects. [Note - Fuel is volatile, gun can backfire]
1 Armor Piercing Tranquilizer Gun - Comes with assortment of needles for different types of penetration
8 Wind of Sleep Scroll - Six charges per scroll. Capable of putting small group of people to sleep in immediate area. [Note : Has built in failure rate]
8 Kindness Drop Scroll - Five charges per scroll. Capable of healing one person of serious injury
2 Kindness Rain Scroll - Two charges per scroll. Capable of healing group in immediate area of moderate to serious injury.
1 Protect Mist Scroll - Six charges per scroll. Casts mists in immediate area to protect self & allies from attack for moderate duration of time
1 Canopy Defense Scroll - Three charges per scroll. Capable of repelling all magic for short duration of time.
1 The Shredding - Two charges per scroll. Wind attack capable of inflicting moderate to heavy damage to all enemies in direct area.
3 Model Airplanes - Capable of flight and built after the design of the type involved in the citywide poisonings

Abarai Renji [Left City] - Second in command of his shinigami division. Enhanced speed and floating abilities. Master of a sword that has shapeshifting abilities.
Anita Blake [Returned without Memory] - Enhanced speed, strength, and senses. Self-healing ability.
Akechi Mitsuhide [Left City] - Skilled swordsman and samurai, a general in his home army. Uses battoujutsu which allows him to put elemental charges into his attacks. During emergencies when he builds up enough energy, he's capable of a more powerful musou attack which grants invincibility for approximately ten heartbeats.
Butler [Left City] - Highly skilled soldier in melee combat, hand-to-hand, firearms, knives, bombs and vehicle (both land and air) piloting.
(Special Agent) Catrina Arthur [Left City] - Paranormal Behaviour Division of the FBI for four years, training and leading assault teams. Highly trained in hand-to-hand, knives, with some guns. Fast, strong, and heightened self healing.
Gilbert Guilford - [Left City]
(Captain)Hitsugaya Toushirou [Transfer to Soul Unit] - Can cast 'kidou' spells (healing, attacking, binding), super speed(faster than the eye), and floating. Power manifests in his sword called a 'zanpakutou', in particular using ice and snow (up to creating a dragon out of such) and manipulating the weather. Hitsugaya has written up a further report on his abilities (sans details on bankai), which can basically be summarized here
