It's finally over. That was-- really rather amusing, actually. Jowy married a guy?! A very pretty guy, but I'm pretty sure a guy. I wonder if I should warn him about how Jowy's last marriage to Jillia ended.
I flew a little better this time and was able to do a bit of reconnaissance by air. The city is immense. The forest is filled with strange things. (Although I don't know if that's the curse or just normal.) The sea... Was that a mermaid I saw, trying to drown Prince Charming?... well, now I know why no one tries to escape that way. I flew as straight as I could, never turning, never veering, and as soon as the land disappeared behind me... I came right back to where I had started.
I also learned that flying into trees rather hurts. But I'd rather suspected that already. At least I seem to have gotten my armour back from wherever it disappeared to in the first place. I suppose I wouldn't mind other curses like this. (But why is my stomach churning so much? Something I ate when I was a swan?)
I looked into the fountain again. Once again Bright Shield defended and Black Sword attacked, but this time, we both lived. Why? What was the difference between this time and the first? But I know this vision is the lie. Because Nanami was there, and Nanami... I suppose now all I need to see is both of us dying to complete the set.
