PARTY AT THE KID's PLAYHOUSE~!!

...sparkles. Sigh.

[[Insert Directions to Orphanage/Playhouse Here]]

For all those kids who've currently lost their parents and... other loved ones... this is probably the first place that they'd look for you! But if you're already with a trustworthy adult, please just stay with them or ask their permission first ( Read more... )

oops orphanage = kid's playhouse now, edited, unaffected, i fail at not getting involved, babysitting, chibi curse redux, party time, orphanage, sparkles ftw, curse, but i'm not good with kids!

I don't know much about children, but I can help out.

Thanks, any help would be greatly appreciated. Just watching out for the kids or bringing by party supplies or something.

Right. I can do that.

I take it this is another repeat curse?

Yes, several times in fact. For most of the kids it turns out to be pretty fun, but some of the less savory sorts usually try to take advantage at some point.

I can imagine.

Well, at least some of us are still unaffected. I'll do my best to ensure all the children stay safe.

That's all anyone can ask. And if you could direct/excort any lost-looking kids over to the orphanage on your own way over...?

I will. Hopefully they'll listen to me.

Claim to be a police officer? That seems to be pretty well respected by the kids. And it is basically the truth, here.

That might work, though I somehow doubt most of the older kids will mistake my armor for a police uniform.

You never know, it'd depend upon the world. The city guards who are basically the police of my world wore armour. Being police here in the city seems like it'd require armour too.

I'd definitely recommend that City police officers wear armor of some kind, but the issue is more that most of the kids here don't know where they are. If I don't look like what they think a police officer should they're not so likely to listen. Parents are supposed to teach their children not to follow strangers, anyway.

. . . . yeah, all we can do is try. Hopefully if those kids won't listen to you, they won't listen to any other strange people as well. And also hopefully they'll have someone unaffected who can look after them.
