3 Days, 8 Stages, 15 Acres, 130 Bands...ACL FEST!
Well, ok, it was only 2 days for me...the line-up for today didn't have anyone I just had to see, and after a full two days there, well, I need a day to rest before I go back to work! I had a great time, though I don't see how people do that every year! It's pretty crazy, all the people there. Friday, it took forever to get down there, and then we had to wait for about an hour, hour and a half before we could get in because there was a fire on one of the stages, or so I heard. And the shuttle line going back downtown afterwards on Friday was INSANE! We saw Joss Stone, part of MIA, Queens of the Stone Age and the Killers on Friday.
Saturday was much better. Shuttle lines were fast getting to and from the park. We walked right in, no waiting. We actually managed to find our friends in the ginormous crowd!! And we saw Dax Riggs, Cold War Kids, Blue October, Andrew Bird, Arctic Monkeys, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, and Muse. If you are interested in pics, go here.

I thought I would take more, but it's hard to dance and tape, so I didn't take so many. Plus, I'm not the type to push my way up to the front, so I wasn't all that close.
