Perhaps one day I'll breathe, or I never will
I'm in a super mood. Even though I only got five hours of sleep last night (curse my Lit prof for reading all three readings in class that I stayed up until 5 reading) I feel pretty energized.
Sam and I went to a meeting for Alpha Phi Omega tonight. Our roommate Natalia is in it, so she encouraged us to go. It was in my old dorm, so it was nice. APO is a community service based co-ed frat. I'm so excited. Sam and I decided we're going to rush. :-D We have to complete a certain number of community service projects and other things when we're pledges, but they said it isn't very complicated and they do everyting they can to help us. Everyone was so nice, it was refreshing. I need to make more friends on (and off) campus so I can network and, well, just to make friends up here.
My weekend in bullet form:
+I had a great weekend and I have wonderful friends.
+Sam, Tawatha, and I made tacos for everyone Friday night and we played Catch phrase and took ridiculous pictures.
+Spent time with my favorite Black girl Tawatha.
+Went to the game Saturday. We won 34-24 and it was amazing.
-Thought I locked my keys in the trunk of my car, called AAA, waited for the hour they said it would take, checked my purse after the guy called saying he'd be here in 10 minutes. Proceeded to be made fun of my Sam because my keys were there the whole time. I swear I looked......
-Missed going to the museum for our Anatomy and Physiology extra credit because I'm a dumbass. But, we're going this Friday, so no worries.
So far this week I've:
+cooked dinner Monday night for Lexi, Sam, and Josh.
-stayed up reading, writing essays, and hating my life for Lit... gah.
-/+fallen even more in like with this kid who's oblvious but who also has (in casual conversation... we talk almost every day) said he doesn't want a relationship... ugh.
+went to the gym with Sam Monday... we're going again tomorrow.
+talked to my Aley, although I got too busy to call her. I miss her guts.
+planned on coming home this weekend and surprising the family. I'm excited.
I need to start studying for the two crazy tests I have next Monday and Thursday... and for the two even crazier tests I have the week after next. OMG.
