Is it Friday yet?
I could (and almost did) write a whole post about how overworked I am just now.
But instead I will concentrate on the fact that if I live through the rest of this week and next week I will be getting on a plane to fly to Texas next Friday.
I'll spend the better part of the weekend with my daughter (SPA!) and then actually have two whole days during which I do not have to do one single bit of work and can do exactly whatever I feel like doing (TACO BELL, LANE BRYANT, GO TO A MOVIE ALL BY MYSELF). Then three days of a conference that actually includes topics I am extremely interested in.
Then Homey home home where I will work on the following Monday as little as humanly possible.
So yeah, overworked, happy. lucky me!
