Thought I would do an update to kill the last five mins of work.
Summer has been not bad. Went to Prague for a few days with mates, cheap beer. And oh so nice too! Got bladdered at night and went to communist or torture museums during the day. They don’t like Lenin and Stalin over there!
Still at the Tai Chi. Got an instructors certificate, which has its benefits, such as teaching buxom Germans. Tai Chi is what I have been mostly doing, looking to get into full contact fighting next year.
Shanks (the people who I worked for) outsold its IT department, so I am now a Digica guy. Means I will get to work at home, should happen in the next few weeks. Still going to look for a new job though, just fed up with it all. Need a change of scene and the chance to work on different things. Not even sure how long I will have a job here since they have no staff in Scotland bar me and redundancies always happen during these things.
Maybe I could get a job teaching Tai Chi to buxom wenches. I am a Kayaking instructor too so afterwards we could don the wetsuits and get in the water.
Or maybe I will just get another job in computing, will see what happens.
