Had the first Digital Electronics midterm yesterday. It went as can probably be expected - I don't think I failed it or anything, but I know I didn't get everything. Funny thing - a guy who was in Discrete Math with me last year told me before the exam that he was positive I'd do well because I was one of the few people who got a perfect score on one of the Discrete midterms last year. Discrete isn't a member of the grand chain that is Applied Physics for Electrical and Computer Engineers and therefore can't really be used for comparison, though...
And then last night was Card Game Night at anime club. It went... well, it could have gone better. Technical difficulties with the projector and speakers aside, I just... kind of get this feeling that it wasn't enjoyed as much as I'd hoped. I mean, people seemed to like Cardfight!! Vanguard (I'm actually going to continue watching that one, myself - it was pretty good~), and they seemed to have fun with Bakugan, but I kept having people ask, "Why didn't you bring this?" "Why didn't you bring that?" "Can we watch Card Games On Motorcycles?" when half of the point was to show that there is more to the genre than Card Games On Motorcycles, and honestly, can we change that stupid meme to If They Play Thud We Might Lose please?
It just... feels like I didn't do an adequate job setting things up, in a way.
Or maybe it's just me. I don't know.
