In reality, I mostly just wanted an excuse to write a post using this new icon.
Yes I know I don't update here as much as I have anymore. I probably should, shouldn't I.
Two midterms down (as of yesterday, but), one to go on Monday (joy), and then I get to wait until those three classes' second midterms some time in November or so, as well as the fourth class' only midterm which is in a couple weeks. I think I did all right. And I can't wait until tomorrow and this weekend~
On a completely unrelated note to school, however, there is RP.
I want to play Ryner. Like, really really really want to play Ryner. So much. That Ryner who's been poking Dear Mun on occasion these past few weeks? Yeah, that's me (as anyone who might have recently clicked inside and seen the in-progress app would already know). I'm having so much fun playing him there, and I really want to app him. (Specifically to Route 29. He's so getting a Cleffa though only because Absols aren't available when I do it. And it's more a when than an if at this point.)
The one problem, of course, is from what research I've gathered, there's still a significant amount about him that hasn't been revealed yet in the anime, including a few pieces of his past. Mostly stuff like, say, how it's kind of implied in episode 3 that that wasn't the first time he exploded. Not that he'd talk about it anyway, but it's something that'd be useful to know, at any rate.
So! I am requesting advice. Do I wait until I know more about his backstory (which could take several months if it's gone into at all this season), or do I decide on a place to pull him from now and worry about backstory when it comes up? On the one hand, it's better to be complete. But on the other hand, I really really really really want to play him nowwww...
