This is odd.

Had a rather odd dream last night.

So, I've been playing the violin since fifth grade. I think I've mentioned this before, especially in regards to certain morons who are at the moment rising high school seniors. But in this dream, I was going to be playing some kind of duet or something with someone.

Except I had lost the originals of the music. I had it more or less almost memorized, however, and somehow writing out the music on index cards (of all things) managed to be enough. Somehow, I could read them. Not sure how, but it's a dream, so.

So, apparently this performance is happening at church, and I'm sitting up in the choir loft, about to perform, when I realize that I'm now missing my index cards. So we don't start yet, and the audience gets restless until this guy named Sonic (not the hedgehog, a guy I went to Molten Core with once on WoW) turns on some kind of pop music on the loud speakers, giving me time to run back to the practice room and search. (Our church, of course, doesn't have a practice room except for the undercroft if you get permission, but...)

Then, for some reason, I'm at my grandmother's house, which I only know because the style is similar, except the outside garden is at least three times as big as her backyard, and filled with these huge, vibrant flowers that have several gardeners to care for them. That, and the hallways are long and confusing, and there are a lot of glass doors. It takes a lot of searching, but eventually I find my way to the practice room (note: my grandmother's house also does not have a practice room, but somehow this dream place does), and then I dig around a bit and find them, and then somehow I manage to find my way back to the choir loft.

That's when I woke up.

Also, Hubert Hawkins from The Court Jester was there. I don't remember at what part or why, but I remember he was there.

I don't quite get it, but I suppose it's better than the one about the eels...

the court jester, random pointless stuff
