As of the end of business today "Empower Me" a sole proprietorship of mine dedicated to providing training in the use of adaptive technology for blind and visually impaired individuals will be a registered vendor for the California Department of Rehabilitation. This means that as of tomorrow, I will be able to teach DoR clients and bill for my services.

This is a significatnt step towards actually making money again. I think a mild huzzah is in order.
