I vacuumed and then left the room and returned to find a pile of sand where previously there was no pile. I asked dan to help me put the vacuum cleaner away and because he didn't do it fast enough(he was absorbed with girlfriend2 macbookpro)I did it myself and nearly put my shoulder out. He's very unhappy that I demand things get done now now now.

oh i totally understand your mini domestic dramas. i also bother crispin by demanding him to do things instantly. why is it that us women do that? dividing household duties is hard work!

my generalisation was not intended to be serious but based on the anecdotal evidence of bridget & I... & my overall meaning was meant to suggest that the modern house-hold division of labour between men & women is not always easy. it must be easier for you and in that respect i am envious! i applaud.
