The thing is that in Russia men usually invite their girlfriends, moms, sisters etc. and pay for them and when the party is in the office they just collect some money, certain limited amount which they can spend for the party. In case with me, we usually have very little celebration, since we are only 8 in our office (3 women and 5 men) and our men just bring wine and food and small presents (chocolates and flowers) directly in our office and we have celebration there after work. No one ever suffered from it!)))
Maybe that's why I still have size 8))))
