(Or, "How to Keep the Americans and Germans drunk all month")
So here's how it goes:
Whenever someone gets a medal or wins a particular match from a country that YOUR country has ever been at war with, you drink.
Can be adjusted for certain drinks to represent Gold, Silver and Bronze medals.
Swiss players are encouraged to drink for countries they have somehow avoided going to war with despite all efforts of the rest of Europe.
