In alphabetical order, we have:
Bridge Carson: Bridge is from Power Rangers: SPD and the most noticeable thing about him is probably how he dresses. He's almost always in uniform, and he *always* wears a pair of black leather gloves. This is because, just like Z, his parents were involved in wacky experiments that caused him to be born with powers. Specifically, psychic powers of somewhat ridiculous scope. He can read auras, see the future, track energy, get visions from objects, and read thoughts and emotions. About the only thing he *can't* do is send thoughts, unless the person he's sending to has some sort of psychic ability of their own- like River. Anyway, his powers are for the most part channeled through touch, so he's very careful about skin-to-skin contact (unless you're Xander). Despite this, he's a very touchy-feely person, prone to hugging people when he feels they need it. He's also a gifted mechanic, a talent that combined with some good old Fandom wackiness back when he first got here and now anything he builds here has a tendency to act a little... unusual. But in a good way! He rambles a lot and his thought process can be somewhat unusual, and when he's thinking a problem through he likes to stand on his head. He's also got a fondness for buttery (*fingerwiggle*) toast, and will wiggle the fingers of one hand whenever he says "buttery" (*fingerwiggle*). He can't help it, it's ingrained in his cellular makeup. He's madly in love with Xander Harris (who is, yes, nine years older than him. He was only three years older when they STARTED dating!), and is BFFs with his roomie Anders and his teammate Z. ETA because I can't believe I forgot to mention: Strangely enough considering who he's dating, Bridge is absolutely *horrible* at detecting sarcasm. He's getting a little better at this, and is prone to acting rather pleased with himself when he *does* manage to pick up on it.
Carmela Rodriguez: Carmela is leaving soon, but I figure I should give y'all the basics anyway, since she's an alumni and thus might be popping up here and there. She's from Young Wizards, has a tendency to dress in very loud, bright colours, and is somewhat boy-crazy. And when I say "somewhat", I mean in the sense that species doesn't seem to be a problem for her. Seriously, in canon she flirts with a sentient *tree*. She doesn't, technically speaking, have powers, but she is very, very gifted with languages. What this means is that not only does she speak a number of Earth-based languages (and a few non-Earth languages, thanks to language club this year), but she also knows the Speech, the language wizards use. Despite not being a wizard. The thing about the Speech is, it can be understood by everything. Not everyone, everything. Up to and including a pot of water on the stove or the family pet. Since she's not a wizard, she can't do spells, but what she can do is ask things to do her favours- like getting the television set to build her a portal to another planet. Her primary weapon is her ability with words, and her secondary weapon is a little device called a laser dissociator that looks something like a cross between an eggbeater and a haircurler, and basically, it blows stuff up.
And of course, the new kid:
Wes Collins: From Power Rangers: Time Force, Wes is the heir to his father's research company, BioLab. In canon, he goes against his father's wishes and joins up with Jen and the other Rangers to fight evil instead of taking on more responsibilities at the company. This Wes is about ten years pre-canon (apparently some "official" materials place him as a teenager, but claiming they're teenagers and giving them careers and never having them set foot inside a high school is sort of a recurring problem in PR. Don't even get me started on how promo materials place Bridge at four years younger than *actual on screen canon* does) means he's not only unaware of his destiny, but he's also never heard of Power Rangers at all, since the first team won't make their appearance in Angel Grove for another couple of years. As a result of his upbringing, he can be somewhat stuck-up, but he's also at heart a really nice guy. He definitely won't be used to being surrounded by people who don't know the Collins name, though. He's being sent to Fandom because it has a reputation of being one of the foremost prep schools in the country.
