Have you ever just sat and listened to a song; I mean really listened to all the words and finally went "awe!! I get it!"? I've done that to a few songs today, don't ask why cause I should be working; and I am but some songs are really sticking out today.
Yesterday at work I was SUPER stressed and SUPER pissed off! Thanks to Brando I made it through; strange as it is he said something that pretty much anyone else could have said but coming from him it made a difference. They are putting a new "performace evaluation" process in to effect Oct. 1st; yes thats right last week ANYWAYS besides the fact that they put it in place last week the kicker of it all is that your review is for present fiscal year ONLY! Now those of you that know me know that I've been with North Star for 4 years and have never gotten a raise let alone a review SO for this to be put in place it PISSES ME OFF!!!! What I thought would be a great review (when I get it) and a GREAT raise will end up being NOTHING because it only reflects off of this past year. I for one do not understand how they can do that. If I end up getting a review (heaven forbid they do a review for the pee-on) and they give me a tiny bonus/raise im gonna go off! I swear I make the LEAST amount of cash in the company the shipper makes more money that me and I think thats wrong. BUT its a job and I hate to complain about it because I know jobs are hard to come by but seriously I don't get it!
