What does it mean, and/or what is its significance?

Is it a "generation poem"? Or something related to your name? A poem you like, or were taught as a child?

Is "亦复富文彥" in the first line spelled correctly? I'm wondering whether the second character, fù, shouldn't be something else in Traditional characters (it looks to me like an unconverted Simplified character for [I think] 復 or 複 or 覆, but I don't, of course, know whether it also exists as an appropriate Traditional character).

Hmm... "復" looks most likely, but I'm not sure what it's supposed to be. I don't remember enough to say.
