Mother pissed me off.
Was meant to go to Hayleys today but mother wouldn't give me bus-fare.
That was annoying enough, but then I got a text off Hayley about her mum finding a lump and her freaking out. I showed her the text and asked if I could get a lift as I thought Hayley might've needed somebody to lean on or have a chat too.
But nooooooooooooooooo.
"Am I allowed to say no" she comes out with. Then proceeds to go on an Abu Hamza style rant about how it won't help me get a job.
I couldn't believe the shit she was coming out with. Occasionally something comes along which knocks you for 6. The text I GOT today knocked me for 6. We're talking about somebody who has been as good as a mother to me. Opened her home to me when I had problems with the psycho bitch of doom in Karen, has cooked me meals, allowed me to stay and always made me feel welcome.
At that precise moment I couldn't have given a flying fuck about getting a job. It paled into insignificance.
I wasn't aware somebody could be so uncaring and insensitive.
