So, I got my raise today. It was exactly what I expected it to be. And not nearly what I had hoped it would be.

I had a number in my head. If my raise was lower than X I was going to start job hunting. Guess what my raise was? Yep, it was exactly X. ::sighs:: I just want a clear sign. Should I stay or should I go?
