My sister has suddenly taken to posting anti-Bernie Sanders articles on Facebook. Two in the past 24 hours alone. And making scathing remarks about how stupid his supporters are. I've been trying not to post too much politics on FB, so I'm not sure if she realizes that I support Sanders. I'd be happy to vote for Hillary, if she's our nominee. But the fun thing about the primaries is we have a choice! So I'm going to take it and vote for the candidate that comes closer to my political leanings at the moment. Heck, I voted for John McCain back in 2000 just for shits and giggles (and to try to block Bush, because Al Gore didn't really need my vote at that point).
I may have to finally unfriend my sister. Or at the very least hide her off my feed. I don't mind political discussion, in fact I rather enjoy it as long as people can refrain from name calling. But if Democrats are going to start slinging insults at each other the way the Republicans do, I don't think I'm going to last until November.
