Phone screen
So I had an excellent phone screen last night with a TW candidate that one of our developers passed along.
Now if I can just poke EVP Engineering to actually open a rec for me so that I can have him in for an interview...
Also, one of the few former co-workers that I really respect and would love to work with again submitted her resume yesterday. So I have two viable candidates now. (The other dozen resumes I've received so far, were mostly comedy material. No, I'm not even kidding, the first submission was from a comedy writer. Because anyone can write, right? And all writing is the same, right? *facepalm*)
