That little scrap of leather thong holding his cape closed? That was me. Sarum was fiddling with his cloak one day because it was choking him. Being Super Squire, I produced a bit of leather thong from my pouch and adjusted his cape so it was comfortable. I saw him like a year to two later, and he still had that little scrap of leather at his neck.
