Prom AGAIN

Okay, so my friend Andy invited me to prom. My thoughts on this? ZOMG YAAAY! You know, I've waited all through high school for someone to ask me to go and nothing ever happened. Now that I'm in college Andy goes all "I don't have a date, do you want to be mine?"
YA!
I used to be so bitter about prom. It was unfair that I couldn't go unless asked by a junior or senior, so I resoved to stag both years (being as I knew nobody would ask me). I had fun stagging, but now I have the opportunity to go for the third time to prom, and as someone who is wanted. Oh joy! Man, I love my friends~

And now that I feel happy, I shall share a happy poem (or rather, more upbeat):

Wish Upon a Kiss

When you wish upon a kiss
Time will stop in endless bliss
Dreams and hopes and perfect all
Woes and fears and pains will fall

When you wish upon a kiss
Lovers be eternal this
Sing and dance - rejoice the day
Pray eternal arms will stay

When you wish upon a kiss
Clench it now with steady fist
Road forever has begun
Souls together joined as one

When you wish upon a kiss
Your life forever changes
