Is this Idol season over yet?
I might be over Idol...I can't wait till this season is over...a 2 hour bloated final 3.I might have to go to bed before it's over....but I must blog! ..If Lauren doesn't make it...I'm done. i haven't like Haley since the beginning..(even though I admit that she's progressed..but the growl....stop) And Scotty should have left 6 or 7 out..he'll be fine in the country world, and it's a 2 note performance. The deep voiced country singer, then the...i don't know what to call it on stage with his second song last week. Dude...just sit on the stage..stop prancing around!
And for the final week..you mess with the days? Why would you do that? Terrible planning. If you want a Tuesday and Wednesday, do it all season....i'm so annoyed. And the bloated hour of result show....really....tell you the truth..i watched no more than 20 min total of them each week.

Scotty - Amazed by Lonestar - Again, solid. Little trouble at the beginning of the high part at the end. Needs some work on his higher register..but good.
Lauren - She's A Wild One by Faith Hill - Sounded like she struggled in the middle of that. Somethings missing from her tonight. Not bad..but not her best performance. Hmmmm...that's not good.
Haley - What Is... by Led Zeppelin - She's still gotta work on feeling...the growl alone isn't feeling. If she's not growling....she's ok....And down she goes!!!!!!!! First fall of the season!!!...She recovered well though. All in all..not a bad performance.
Round 1...depends on what you like..Scotty or Haley..Lauren didn't fall too flat though....Close..Anyone could win.
Scotty - Are you going to kiss me or not by Thompson Square - ? - Go Country...he's good. Jimmy knows what he's doing..this was a great pick!
Lauren - If I Die Young by Perry - She sounded great.
Haley - Rihannon by Fleetwood Mac - Kind of a flat performance. Not bad..but not outstanding.
OH..a new dance to learn from Beyonce. Work on it and do it in the club!

Scotty - She Believes In Me by Kenny Rogers - Like that's a stretch. Good Country...blah blah blah. He needs to work on his upper register.
Lauren - I Hope You Dance by LeAnn Womack - She sounded great! That was a great job.
Haley - You Oughta Know by Alanis Morisette - Bad start...There's no feeling ...this is an angry song....This is why I don't like her. It's all by the numbers..with a smile on her face. Performance by the numbers. Good vocals with no feeling.
It's anyone's guess...I'm afraid Lauren is going to go home. And Randy needs to stop with the in it to win it.

2 hour show...I started 40 minutes late...5 min off when I finished! Wow..that's alot of commercials!
