sometimes..pple suck
so i'm at work..i'm not really likin this whole customer service thing when pple r stupid in their complaints..and lie about things just to make them seem like they r worse off and blaming staff. *sigh..stupid pple..ok, for instance. today a lady complained that she got a kid's pack and asked for butter on it and when she got up to go to the bathroom had butter all over her pants where the tray was..ok, the tray has holes in it. i asked if she ordered it with extra butter, cuz extra butter would def leak thru, but if she just asked for butter(from personal experience) it doesn't bleed thru..neway she told me no, she just asked for butter. i apologized and explained to her what she could do for times to come with getting a kids tray and having another tray under it or paper towels or something. but there r holes in the boxes and we don't have nething to cover them up. and that i've had butter splatter on me b4 and it does come out with spray n wash or dawn when u wash it. so she went away and then came back a half hour later with her friend. her friend was obviously the reason y she was back to complain. and she was sayin how different theaters( the dollar theater) has plastic lining for the kids tray and i honestly told her that i had never seen or heard about them but i would let the gm know) and i asked if she'd want passes cuz i wasn't gonna give her a refund on her popcorn she ate..what would that accomplish? nothing. she kept saying well i'm concerned about my pants, what if it doesn't come out? and i'm like, i'm sorry that there is butter on them, but as long as u wash them correctly, it should come out and her friend was like. that kind of oil doesn't come out. i'm thinkin to myself..well what do u want from me? i'm not gonna go out and buy u a new pair of pants because u asked for extra butter( cuz when i asked julie and hannah if she asked for butter, they said she asked for extra..example of lying to my face) *sigh..i gotta go upstairs..neway the point of this post is that stupid pple make me mad
