they're giving me tylenol with codeine. is that any good? what am i going to do?

i've had robitussin *** with codeine and it didn't really work for me, since the codeine content in it isn't very high. i've managed to get vicodin from the health center from just having a really sore throat, and if you don't have their insurance, it's like $9 for 12 caps.
