(no subject)
I left Mews today. All my stuff was moved back to Rochester on Wednesday, but I finally left today. I'm never going to be able to go back. It's such a strange feeling. We had so many good memories in that building. It's where I met Adrian and Wendy and Devin and Eugene. It's where I met Dylan. This isn't like leaving a locker on the last day of high school. This is like leaving a home.
So now I'm at Statler. I'll be working here every day and staying with Natalie until the 29th, because someone needs to cover the Ithaca College and Cornell graduations. Then I'm going home on the 29th and spending just over a week in Rochester. Then it's back to Ithaca on the 6th for the summer. Whee! I'll be staying with Nicola until the 15th because that's when our apartment is opening up. I get to see Dylan on the 6th. Yay!!! I love that boy! He called today to tell me that he got a haircut, finally. Thank God for that! His hair was starting to curl in the back, it was so long! Tuesday is our 3rd...slash 8th...mensaversary. My God, it's been 8 months since this all started.
Well, back to work. The guests have been really bad-tempered today. Not fun.
