The Summation:

So basically, here is the past few weeks in a nutshell:

Christmas: beautiful. Simple, but beautiful.

New Year's: Amazing. Best one yet. I had a total blast! Michael's friends are sooo nice. I love them!

California: One of the best weeks of my life. Rocky Horror Picture Show, New Year's party, beach, Downtown Disney, San Diego, Hotel del Coronado, and best of all, wonderful company. Lots of talking about emotions, frustrations, blowing off steam, the past, the present, and the future. Michael is truly one of the best friends that I have ever had, and the week brought us much closer on an intellectual, mental, and emotional level. On the romantic side, however, we have decided to call it quits for a while due to the desire of each of us to branch out and see other people until the situation is more suited for an actual relationship, aka: both single and within the same time zone.

Rest of break: Greg's Eagle ceremony was wonderful. It was very elegant, and made lots of people cry. We had a LOT of cake left over and my mom made me bring a lot of it with me to school for the guys to eat.

Most exciting memory in Rochester over break: I GOT MY DRIVER'S LICENSE!!!!! TAKE THAT NYS ROAD TEST!! TAKE THAT CRANKY OLD MAN WHO FAILED ME THE FIRST TIME!!!!!

So now I'm back at Cornell. Working every night of this week until school starts on Monday, which is much more than any other student. I'm the only student working until Thursday. Until then, all adults. Everyone else is just partying due to Rush Week. Hey, no one's working front desk, why not earn some extra cash, right?
Wendy got her transfer into the Hotel School approved. Whee! I couldn't be happier! There's sparkling lemonade in my fridge and lindor chocolates on my bed to celebrate when she gets in later.

Also, more big news: I am officially dating Dylan as of today. After weeks of him being interrogated by my friends, it's official. We'll see how this goes...

Talk to y'all later! Must get back to work now! Bye!
