I have just had the excitement of Windows, Adaware and Spybot all sending error and/or warning messages, followed by Firefox crashing, followed by IE being hijacked to an extremely suspicious site, within five seconds of each other.
Investigation of the not-connected-to-the-internet-because-this-is-very-alarming computer detected 41 - forty-one - pieces of spyware, and nine viruses. Clearly, this is why we do not do foolish things like skulk around suspicious sites. We have learned our lesson and now the computer seems to be happy again.
I am going to make icons, because I do not feel like posting, and Mama - it is like she is psychic - called to see how I was and to caution me against wandering around after dark. And the thing was, I was very tempted to go wandering after dark, because then I could have gone to Alia, but I am only small and not terribly good at being dangerous and this is not a safe place at night, so it is probably better than I didn't.
Still, I wanted to go. Maybe there'll be other times. C'est la vie.
