This is driving me nuts...
I am trying to remember the name of an Internet radio station that I used to listen to back around 2001 or so.
I think they were located in South of Market in San Francisco, and they had a cool flash-based player, which had 3 sliders that allowed you to rate the artist, the album, and the song, individually. Then it would pick music for you based on your past ratings.
I think Pandora today does something similar but this was years ago and it worked really well. I bought a LOT of CD's during that time.
I should make a list of sites it wasn't. Shoutcast, Live365, SomaFM, Spinner.
Maybe it began with R? And it might have had some sort of tie-in with Amazon.
