Whoa
It's dark outside! At 5:00PM! What the heck!? It's ice cold here, about 65 degrees.
I just got back from a 2 week business trip to Honolulu, Hawaii. It was good to meet the customer and get involved with a new software installation.
I miss the warm weather and the humidity. It was between 70 and 85 degrees almost the entire time we were there. It was sunny when I was in the office working and raining on the weekends. :-)
We did have some fun though. We went to the flea market, Sea Life Park, the USS Bowfin, up to the North Shore, Haleiwa and Matsumoto's Shave Ice, and the Dole Plantation. Lisa and Brady enjoyed the zoo and the aquarium when I was at work.
Didn't get over to Hanauma Bay this trip (rain), and I realized on the last day that I didn't get any spam musubi from the ABC Store either! But I did see the Kahana from Lost.
I walked around Waikiki a lot, but I still put on about 5 lbs, probably from having white rice at every meal. I'm sure that once I get back on my regular diet of Taco Bell and McDonald's, I will burn it off quickly.
