Topic 7 - What are your guilty indulgences?
Indulgences? Oh yes, I have many of them. But why, I ask you, should I feel guilty about them? If it makes me happy or brings me pleasure, why should I feel guilt? Luxury, like a new satin dress, a big house, only the best things. Sex with men or women. Drugs and alcohol, drowning in their haze as much as in the sweet haze of fame. Those are all things I indulge in, and there’s nothing wrong with it.
I’ve never felt guilty in my life. Hurting people and getting hurt on your way up - well, that can’t be avoided and such is life. I don’t feel guilty for that, so why should I lessen the pleasure I get from certain things by feeling guilty about them in the end? That really doesn’t make sense to me.
You people certainly come up with odd questions and concepts.
