Whatever is in my seed hoarding "area". That sounds nasty. I have Rubbermail containers full of all sorts of seed, and I'm going to go through them and just throw it out there. Several different varieties of lettuce, carrots, radishes, kale, mustard, collards, arugula, and maybe some broccoli and brussels sprouts, but I'm not sure I have seeds. I'm also going to put peas (English, sugar pod, snow) in at Thanksgiving...I have now figured out that is the date for them...they go in, they sprout and grow a little, and sort of languish all winter, then go big in early spring and make...peas! Maybe also sweet peas, for some flower action...

Nope, not down here. They can take frost, but not freezes, and we don't have too many of those.

But first, the weeds have to be dispatched. I let my garden area go fallow this summer, except for a little patch of tomatoes and basil. It looks so sad, but hopefully today I'm going to get that in order.
