Ohwow. I think I commented your journal last week as well, but I can't really help myself. This poem really upset me, simply because I feel like I can really relate to it. I take it literally, in that there is a dying person laying before you, and you just want to freeze them in time to keep them by your side forever. You have a knack for writing poems capable of evoking strong emotions in a reader! Well done.
