This is just freaking idiotic.
Ethan Wade, who suffers from a form of dwarfism, retained a lawyer after claiming the clerk at the Greenville County restaurant threw up her hands, started screaming and ran away upon seeing him, WYFF4.com reports.
Not the lawyer part; that part's good, but the screaming part. Seriously, a phobia of little people? How does that even work? How does that even make sense? It's stupid. I'm with Ethan when he says "You can't have a phobia of a person. I'm a human being. You can't have that type of phobia."
Even supposing you genuinely could, I doubt that clerk's phobia was bad enough that she just absolutely could not control herself long enough to give Ethan his food and walk away. It's not like she was a waiter in a restaurant and had to wait on him for an hour. Effing stupid.
