All you estes Park kiddies are going to think this is wild: I saw RuthAnne from the EP here in New York today. Not only in New York, but in the lobby of my school, just chilling. I didn't really know what was going on, I just saw this girl who looked really familiar. We did a double take and she said: Brian Schetzsle? in such a way that only a Ruth Anne can say. So I talked with her a little bit, I guess she's going to school in either Kentucky or Connecticut, I'm not sure because I wasn't paying attention, I was too confused as to why today had suddenly collided with four years ago. Nick and I are fighting so I really needed to go out and see how rational the world is, maybe inspire in me some confidence that I can think problems through and find a rational solution, but then Ruth Anne had to show up and make the universe completely non-sensical. It was nice, of course, to see her, but it makes me a little less sure of what I can expect when I wake up in the mornings.
