Exams and moves
Two finals in three days...a nice jolt of pressure, and I think I'll do OK. I can't wait to get into the faculty and get my business degree.
A friend of mine has made an extremely tempting offer to move in with them, in a nice apartment downtown in a large city a fair distance from here. I'm being vague because I don't feel like listing all the details. I'm seriously considering it for a number of reasons: I'm sick of Newfoundland ("Well, the economy sucks, but at least the weather is terrible"--I'd like to retire here but I'm sick of spending my best years here), I can finish my degree by distance, my girlfriend and friends are all also moving, and this friend's living arrangement would be virtually the for cheaper, in a city full of economic activity and things to do, good location relative to other cities I have good reasons to visit, etc. I love Newfoundland but it wears on me after a while. So, I might be gone again by the fall. I think I've got to accept that I'll always have this itch to keep moving around.
Anyway, back to studying.
