Meh
It's Friday. My second week of full-time work is coming to a close, and I couldn't be happier. Next week is going to be rough, I have to deal with a sales tax audit, and therefore will not be in a great mood. I've done a lot of work in these 2 weeks, but I think June will be a lot better since I'll be able to have a months worth of work, and handle everything in a better way. I attended a meeting yesterday at corporate, the first of, I'm sure, many.
Anyways, I'm an official graduate now, as I passed all of my classes and finished my career with 123 credit hours. I pulled a 2.0 this semester, which is passing. My final cumulative GPA was 2.260. I'm satisfied. Now time gets put into preparing for the GMAT and attempting to get into a graduate school to eventually be able to sit for my CPA exam.
I'm giving some thought to joining an adult baseball league either this year, but almost definitely next year because I really miss being involved in athletic competition. I'm coaching my little brother's traveling baseball team (assistant coach, that is), and having an absolute blast. Coaching the kids is a little difficult, and it's tough to keep them involved in the game. They have only won 3 games, and lost something in the neighborhood of 7, but they are having fun, which is the most important part.
