Another gross lack of updates...
Yes, I know.Okay, so check this out... Since taking this job in California, I no longer carry my PocketPC Phone due to its bulk. As a result, I don't have constant reminders of important dates and appointments. To rectify this situation, I purchased a generously sized dry-erase board and hung it in the hallway of my apartment. This was to serve two purposes: First and foremost, to write and keep track of upcoming birthdays and other important dates. Second, I'm always in need of a whiteboard for explaining things to others when a picture really is worth a thousand words. Well, I hung the damn thing and proceeded to write all important birthdays in the lower left corner. So here I am, a mere three weeks into using this new system, and I already missed my SISTER'S birthday!!!! Ughhhhh! Back to the drawing board (pun intended).Going to head to Las Vegas this weekend to see Paul and Carrie (and Indy) - driving out first thing Saturday "butt-crack-of-dawn" morning... a day of grilling, drinking, darts, and socializing followed by a good night's sleep and an early morning drive back to Laguna Beach.Justin is doing ok; we're planning our first of several boating trips to the River for the weekend of April 21-23... work is still crazy busy... finances suck... nothing else TOO exciting to report.
