Yes this is real, an unmasked Batman with Robin singing some weird ripoff of Danny and the Juniors 1957 hit, "At The Hop" with Joker and Penguin...and a dancing midget in a Spider-Man suit. This was some Filipino film studio's take on the Batman franchise. Enjoy the insanity!
