I never really thought about it, but Brian's neck is a vampire's wet dream. I know many of us have an unusual and obsessive feeling about Brian's long and gorgeous neck, so I can only imagine how it makes a vampire react. Just looking at that last picture made my imaginary fangs pop out.
I love a flying and jumping Eric. We do not get enough of it on the show. I am sure he would like to think that his night patrol at Sookie's place was part of his sheriff duties, but she knows, and we know, it was much more. Sookie might be "with Bill," but part of her wants to be "with Eric." All of what makes our fang-filled lover's triangle so much fun.
It is interesting to watch Brian try to work out his attraction and fascination with Eric. He has obviously never felt this compelled to be with any other man on a repeated basis. I loved how Eric tried to bestow some worldly advice about love and relationships on Brian, but Brian was not having any of it. Eric might be an old and cynical vampire, but he also knows a thing or two about "human nature." I know Justin is a blip on Brian's radar, so it is too soon to tell if he is set to be Brian's one and only. I will say that listening to Brian contemplate his feelings about Eric, was like listening to a fresh out of the box Justin. They may not know it, but they are both fascinated and in lust with a complicated man.
Oh, boy! I can only imagine what type of club Eric wants to show Brian. The fact that he took the time to drive them all the way to New Orleans to enjoy it, means that Brian ranks way about a typical one night stand. I also think their little discussion about fun versus food was needed about now. Leave it to Brian to put a "do not kill me" clause in their fun-date. I just hope that Eric will never go too far and make the clause important.
