If I gush about this post, as much as I want to, I could rival the waterfall I have outside!! You have Crazy Bob down to a T ! I could hear the sarcasm and menace, coming through, loud and clear, in his voice!
Nice to see Sean and Wren, again - and I adored the description of Brunhilde :)
When we lived in Italy, I used to go, with my boss, on marketing and PR trips, to Davos and St. Moritz. My boss was kind of an interesting character and, sometimes, disappeared to do work for the Italian government.( He once escorted Bosnians, accused of war crimes, to their trial, as a neutral observer, we found out, after the event). It was always interesting to go on these days out, with him, because he knew all kinds of different things, that no-one else seemed to. He told me about the Swiss keeping Jewish gold, and showed me some of their old storage facilities for various things, long before the story went public. He was a lousy boss, but a fascinating guy!
