I'm not going to touch the Roger thing with a ten-foot pole, but I just wanted to comment on this:
You can be in my heart always, Justin, you can be in my head sometimes, but you have to back off sometimes too, if I need a certain space.
I agree with you on this one (and I think you expressed it in a very loving way). There are certain times when I simply need to be alone, even though I love my SO and he understands me pretty well. (And I had a pretty happy childhood.) It's just the way I need to cope with things sometimes.
I don't think Justin is wrong in wanting you to talk with him instead of doing other self-destructive sorts of things, but at the same time I really appreciated the way you communicated with him on LJ last weekend instead of just disappearing as you've done in the past. I don't think you're doing half bad at this partner thing. ;-)
On a totally different note, I'm really glad Peter is enjoying school. I'm happy for him!
Naturally I assumed your pissy crack was in reference to my disagreement(s) with Justin tonight.
Justin is turning his insisted upon Sunday-in-the-car appointment into something major and intense. If it were up to ME, we'd just fuck, and be done with it.
Regarding Roger I actually think you're doing the right thing. I've just been over at Justin's journal and said that only your judgment counts here, because
technically all others but you and Roger are on the outside looking in, because not one of us is actually present when the two of you meet. Our input, however well meant, is filtered through our own perception, and as such doesn't really work.
No one really knows how Roger acts around you, you can be the only judge of that, as you are the only one present, so maybe we all need to trust you on this one.
So I believe you have to do what you think is right for you,
That's what I told Justin, to trust you, because I am sure that he can trust you.
From what you implied in your comment to Justin, Roger might have reacted the way that I thought and told you, he has real feelings for you - and I think you at least like Roger, too. Nothing wrong with that as long as he knows where you stand.
I more or less told Justin to try and understand you, I hope you do the same. It's not that surprising that he has freaked, because this situation is a first for him.

I'm glad to hear that you're going to talk to Roger face to face and make it clear that you have a partner and there's no room for a fuck-buddy.
Go easy on Justin, you know how much he cares about you and sometimes his youthful enthusiasm to help gets the better of him.
Good luck with Roger tomorrow...and tell him to take a hike.

Justin showed some of his "youthful enthusiasm" last night. I'm STILL limping.

To Justin, being "half bad" at the partner thing is a glass-is-half-empty proposition.
He can sometimes be a Polly-fucking-anna.

And I see you're eating *gasp* ice cream? Clothed ice cream? This late? Are you in need of comfort food?

Dairy carbs are different than starch carbs. More easily absorbed by the body and they don't stick around as long.
Yes, that is my own scientific conclusion. Disprove it and I'll never speak to you again.
My idea of "comfort food" would probably disgust you. A clue: It's NOT something "mother used to make."

I know, how dare I think you pissy when you're only threatening to never speak to me again and throwing around CAPS?
I was honest with Justin and I even agreed to his Date with Destiny on Sunday.
I hadn't said a word. But I find it interesting you're bringing it up, when I hadn't said squat.
"Date with Destiny"? Really?

That only worked once.

Glad Peter had a good week. His new school seems to have more than met expectations.
Enjoy your ice cream and I hope you can manage to enjoy part of the weekend.
