Going home!
As each day passes, my move back home to Florida draws nearer and nearer.
I don't think I've ever seen my dad more excited. He is really looking forward to go through with this. At last, he'll finally be able to do something he can take credit for working on, rather than having to give that credit to some jerk boss who doesn't give a damn about his contribution.
Another cool thing about these restaurants is that after a few years in operation, they have they option of being sold... for quite a pretty penny. Let's just say my dad will be retiring a very happy man.
