SO what did you do this weekend?

This weekend was pretty rowdy. I'm not to sure that anything really went on friday that was on the level of rowdiness that saturday and sunday attained, but I did go see Fahrenheit 9/11. The easiest way to put it, is that its a Micheal Moore film and if you were shocked or suprised that it was slanted so much in the liberal direction, then you probably hadn't seen any of his other films. I went into it with a strong dislike for Bush, and I left there with the same dislike. The degree of my dislike for him did not change.

Saturday I went to lunch with Mark. We hit up lanvina and just shot the shit. Good times. After that I hung out at 62 for their Independance Day weekend bar-b-que. We pretty much just sat around and played horse shoes. I miss all of the 62 guys now that we are starting to move our seperate ways. I supose that is to be expected post-graduation though. After that I went over to Lemon St. and things were out of hand over there. Long story short, all the current tenents of the house were not very happy with the party a departing tenent was throwing. By the end of the night a crazy girl had knocked Rory into a chair, thus smashing a glass framed picture, and ending with him pouring his beer on her. That all came about from the girl getting angry that she was told not to smoke in the house. Next, some clown from philly sucker punched Rory, resulting in everyone in the room jumping on him. I tried pulling the guy off Rory by his hair, but that didn't work very well. The whole night at Lemon St. was just ridiculus and can't accurately by conveyed by my words.

Sunday was the big 4th of July gathering and Jon. L's. It was almost too much fun to handle. Tons of people were in the pool. At various points we were doing ridiulus stunts off the diving board/slide, playing keep away with a water melon and engaging in pool noodle combat. I think we were in there for over two hours. After that we had a large kick ball game in which some of the less sober players had trouble deciding whether the current play or their beer was more important. This made for some funny happenings. We also ate a lot of food. Lindsay has a picture of everyone who was at the gathering at the bottom of her last post if you want to see it. I'm thinking there needs to be a pool party sometime before I leave in august so we can do it all again.

This week should be as much fun as this weekend. Wednesday Stevie and I are heading down to the National Zoo in D.C. I think Dalanna, Eric and Katie may come as well. Admission is free so why not go? I plan on seeing me some monkies and other tree swinging primates. Fuck snaked though, I hate those things. Saturday is the paintball game. I'm real excited for this. According to weather.com the conditions are still in our favor. Sometime later this week I will be making calls to remind everyone about when to show up and make sure everyone is good to go. Until then, if you have any questions about it, just ask away.
