Win some, lose some

I had a terrible sleep last night and was consequently pretty tired this morning. I also didn't eat a huge breakfast or drink enough coffee. Hungry, tired, and optimistic, I traversed downtown to take class. It was one of those days where I just wasn't firing on all cylinders. My brain was about two steps behind the teacher's and my body was even further behind than my brain. Basically it was a pretty disappointing performance on my part. It left me feeling unsatisfied and tired.

So, I trekked home. After nursing my addiction by checking facebook and having lunch, I curled up on the couch and took a glorious nap.

I've been so bored these past few weeks that I've entered into a state of lethargy that prevents me from even having sufficient willpower to try and do something interested. Essentially my get up and go muscle is in atrophy. But today I decided to kill a bit of time by making a delicious supper for myself. For the first time, I prepared my own pasta sauce. It was delicious. Spicy and sweet and peppery. I'm full off of it right now and, having sated my hunger, am curious what the rest of the night holds in store. A trip to Rogers, potentially?

Things to look forward to: A strong right hamstring
