Wanted: Room to rent

I have had so much on my plate over the past year (not all bad things, just things that kept me a bit crazy) and recently my life had begun to take on a patina of normalcy when my roommate had to go and throw me under the bus by moving his homeless, unemployed bf in against my wishes and then refusing to charge him any rent!!  WTF??

How's Eureka, CA, sound? I know how to run the dishwasher. And the last chronic I bought lasted a couple of years (after having given some to my mom) before I threw it out.

edit: Oh, and you have to wear your pants like that all the time around the house.
