LOng...crazy..annoying week and weekend

So this week has finally ended....and just to clarify things....i do have twins and love them very much...thanks to one i was able to get to the ER on tuesday and on the road to recovery...still not sure what is causing all the medical problems but hopefully it will be soloved soon...

oh PS how cute is this: One of the new sister's mothers called me today! lol. i'm not sure quite *how* she got my number, but she wanted help ordering a badge for her daughter. How adorable is that? ♥
