Wishing everyone a merry May Day
I wish mine were going better. I am at work and just got off a call. This guy's box broke down again. He starts pissing and moaning about how terrible we are. I give it a 95% chance it's the hard drive. We don't manufacture our own hard drives, so bitching to me about it is like bitching to Toyota because your Goodyear tire got another flat. It is past our ship deadline - as in, the truck left the depot for the airport hours ago. But he wants service in the morning. But he doesn't want to buy an upgrade to same day service, and thinks that buffaloing me will make me roll over. He wants me to find someone else to whine to. And then he takes a piss while on the phone with me. Now I feel defiled. I want brain bleach. Why does anyone get the idea that it's OK to whip out his little weeny and go to the bathroom while talking on the phone with tech support?
